The Kilimanjaro Treadmill Challenge

Good afternoon everyone..just did the kilimanjaro treadmill challenge (A/30),5 minute legs. and found it very fun, nice on the calves too :)  you can find this and more wonderful fitness ideas at http://www.fittalknews.com/ ,she's on point..thanks Shari for the workout.think i'll have my 3 pm try it out....
